A number of well-loved racing events unfolded on the Chesapeake Bay last weekend, June 23-24, which happened to be the weekend of the Summer Sailstice, the international holiday for sailing held the weekend closest to the actual solstice. Here’s your SpinSheet racing roundup:

Severn Sailing Association held its Thistle Districts. Of the dozen boats racing, here are top three results:

Clipper Round the World Final Leg Start in New York

If you haven’t yet checked SpinSheet’s Facebook page today, you may not know that our editor was lucky enough to sail on one of the Clipper Round the World 70-foot racing boats last Friday.
