During a Tornado Watch and a Severe Thunderstorm Warning at sunset, Brian McCandless found this water spout off of the Calvert County Maryland waters at Plum Point. He spotted the rotating funnel cloud earlier, but got this vivid video. Can't doubt that spin and water spray off the Chesapeake Bay.
