We spent a gorgeous sunset cruise in Annapolis!
Century Club: Carrie Will
My nephew brought his three young sons for a late afternoon sail. The wind died down quite a bit but the kids had a good time and will hopefully come back!
I had an awesome Private Instruction this morning. The winds were excellent and the motor boat chop was light!
We had an epic Day Sail. The winds came and went but ended up 12-15. We had the Bay to ourselves! We sailed for 8 hours!
I was only able to sail for 1/2 hour with my students this morning. Unfortunately I one student did not come back after lunch due to a sore back. It was a breezy day until I helped with the Monday Night Races. The breeze died signficantly!
It was a glorious two days on the Bay in Annapolis. On occassion we had to reef our jib as well as the main.
I took my son and his girlfriend sailing on the Knockabout. It was a dream come true for her.
My student struggled on Saturday morning. The winds were light and the motorboat shop was heavy. Sunny was much better. I did lose one student to see sickness you did not come back on Sunday. Darn it.
Had a beautiful sail from Back Creek through the Bay Bridge towards Kent Island!
What a wild wind week we had! We sailed in sustained 19 knots on Mnday, shifty 10!or so knots on Tuesday, to mostly no wind on Wednesday.
