Saturday 4/17 - First Place! Woo hoo!!! We ended up sailing a total of 52nm to go 38nm and when the wind started to shut off it delayed our expected finish time. 12 hours. But what a 12 hours it was! Sunday 4/18 -4th Place. Stupid A fleet race boats...haha. I only kid. We ended up 4th in a 4.8nm race with the club we lost to all the the boats not in our class... soo 3 A fleet boats and were in C... o well. I also had a full new crew, with folks who havent sailed with me or not at all. We even got the spinaker up! Super proud of our performance.
