When it was announced last year that the Chesapeake Bay Yacht Racing Association (CBYRA) would not be holding Annapolis Race Week, sailors were in a panic.
Over Memorial Day weekend, the club met at Maryland Yacht Club for dinner and social time. About 10 or 12 members were in attendance.
