Put our pontoon boat, The Kiwi Kruzer, in the water today and motored out to the Potomac. It counts as a day on the water, but I’d rather be sailing.

Not much wind but had a nice, leisurely sail to Mattox Creek day marker 1 and back.
I took advantage of the beautiful weather and steady breeze to sail out on the Potomac to the Colonial Beach town pier then back home again.
Went out after lunch for a couple hour sail with Karen.
Around 4:30 decided to go out for a quick afternoon sail in Mattox Creek.
Sail with Karen on Mattox Creek. Check out my new mainsail.
Not much wind to start but it picked up. Sailed out near Church Point then back to Stepp’s Marina.
My Century Club Log is starting to sound like the movie Groundhog Day. Late morning / early afternoon sail on Mattox Creek. I went back in the Creek past Stepp’s Marina. Pretty solid wind, maybe 8 mph?
Sailed around Mattox Creek for about an hour. Not much wind.
Just enough wind to keep me moving around Mattox Creek for a couple of hours late morning.
