Attached is a picture for the Virginia Maritime Ministries (VAM2) upcoming “Marlinspike:  What KNOT to do?!” class...

VAM2 launched Genesis Easter Weekend and already conducted its first sailing retreat at the Tides Inn in Irvington, VA. Next month, Genesis begins her regular S4s (Second Sunday Singles Sails) to serve the singles in the community for fellowship, introduction to the peace (sometimes) of sailing, and a local family sponsored Après Sail Suppers” for the sailing Crew. Mid-summer, VAM2 will be partnering again with Maritime Ministry, Inc., out of Richmond, VA, for a multi-day, multi-yacht Youth Sailing Retreat. . . That will be a story to share!

Throughout the season, Genesis is engaged with charity Sunset Sails, supporting the local non-profits in a philanthropic effort, already scheduling a sail for Williams & Mary College, the Virginia Symphony Orchestra Society (featuring guest Skipper, Benjamin Rous, Assistant Conductor of the Orchestra and certified keelboat skipper), and more.
