...and they're off! The 2015 Down the Bay Race between Annapolis and Hampton is underway, and we were on the water to see everyone start.
Winds were blowing out of the west at 11-14 knots, with puffs up to 25. Under gorgeous, blue skies, that means it's going to be a fast, superfun trip down to Virginia.
The start was a tight broadreach, but Glenn Doncaster's Nanuq masterfully set their chute and thus set the bar for the fleets behind him to follow suite.
