Sometimes, the best days at sea are those spent on land. Even common chores, like doing laundry, can become an exciting adventure when living aboard and cruising to new places.
They were second over the line, finishing at 6:05 on Sunday night, and we'll see how they end up in the PHRF 2 fleet. Congratulations, Glenn and crew!
Boats started on both Thursday and Friday, June 4 and 5, and you know the SpinSheet Paparazzi was out in full effect!
This has been a rough ride so far with everything from slatting conditions to powerful squalls. First boat now not expected until this evening.
The whole fleet has started and is headed down the Bay (the first half of the fleet is, for the most part, already out in the ocean just off Chincoteague Island).
