719 miles in 10 days doesn't leave much time to stop and smell the roses.
We stopped at Butler Island, Myrtle Beach , Wrightsville Beach, Spooner Creek, Belhaven, North River, Hampton and ran overnight up the Bay back home to Spa Creek.
Over the last 2 weeks, 356 NM +10 underway days + 5 towns + 30 degrees colder = 100 days for 2024
It's a good thing all underway days count, because I finally managed to get my first day sailing along the home stretch. I have only missed 13 days underway!
I'm looking forward to being back in Eastport for the EWE Spirit Regatta May 18. Did someone say beer and a great cause?

Southbound from NC to Ft Myers
MIssed a few underway days with extended port visits to Charleston, Beaufort, and Savannah.
We were on the water for New Year's day and are finishing up the year on the water for NYE. What a great year - 166 days logged from as far north as Maine to as far south as New Orleans.
Nothing like a little procrastination to log it all at sunset on the 31st of December... cheers y'all.
Brrr... time to think about heading south. The dog days of summer rolled quickly into fall sailing with a blowout breeze for J/22 ECCs followed a week later by a drifter J/70 fall brawl as PRO.
lots of great sailing! winning the two bridge fiasco with Michael-Anne's great strategy, sail trim, and bartending made for a fantastic summer day on the bay.
