We were on the water for New Year's day and are finishing up the year on the water for NYE. What a great year - 166 days logged from as far north as Maine to as far south as New Orleans.
Nothing like a little procrastination to log it all at sunset on the 31st of December... cheers y'all.
Brrr... time to think about heading south. The dog days of summer rolled quickly into fall sailing with a blowout breeze for J/22 ECCs followed a week later by a drifter J/70 fall brawl as PRO.
lots of great sailing! winning the two bridge fiasco with Michael-Anne's great strategy, sail trim, and bartending made for a fantastic summer day on the bay.
46 days, 12 different boats, from Norfolk to Boston, but most of all on the water with good friends in our finest EWE spirit!
Why was Woodwind in the middle of TNR???
lots of local boating and the first J/22 sail of the year
Cruising around Annapolis, bringing the kirby 25 down cypress creek for haulout, and taking our home to Kent Island and Galesville
J/22 East Coast Championship @ SSA, SNAME Cup @ Lakewood YC and trips around the bay to Solomons Island and Rock Hall
a whole lot of MNTR, WNR, TNR, beer can and weekends plus cocktail cruising
J/120 Windborn - boatwork and the race
