Getting the boats ready for Wednesday Night Racing. Moved them around the marina, pulled, cleaned and relaunched.

I sheppered the KeelBoat Club fleet on a distance race out to R2, 1 AH and back. One boat popped their port shroud, but they stayed calm, jibed onto starboard and then I talked them through securing their mast with a halyard. I towed them in succesfully and then got on station to finish the rest of the fleet.
We flew from Bembe Beach out to the Bay Bridge and back. We had a little pitchpole incident as we tacked for the beach. We still had a great time!
Sailed on the J-30 Avita as pit/ trimmer. It was my first time on a J-30. I had a great time on a beatiful Friday night.
A quick run out to the tanker anchorage and back on the school's Newport 30 "Honu". There was 12 knots out of the south for a beautiful run out and back.
A great race upwind to G "9" then downwind to 1AH and back. 36 sailors had a beautiful night on the water.
In honor of the Tour de France we tested the idea that sailors might like to test themselves against the clock - and other boats - without the preassure of starting "on time" and having other boats on the race course. It was a great success and lots of fun was had on the water and in the clubhouse.
