Went out for an abbreviated sail today in light winds.
Put the new torqeedo on the sailing dinghy and took it out for a test spin then took the stingray out at sunset to do some low tide depth scouting.
Trimmed the battens and went out to see the log canoes coming in.
Another great day in the American. Practiced UW DW sailing using markers as a course.
Went out under a reefed main and scooted along above hull speed. Wet and amazing. Winds steady at 11kt gusting to 20.

First sail of the year in the american Tested the roller furler installed Friday. Worked well. Needs furling line extended - when sail is unfurled on starboard tack the sail doesn't look fully extended.
good sail. About an hour and about 3.5 miles.
Threw the American over today for the first time. Splashed the power boat too. Did some depth survey scouting in the creek in prep for receiving our cruising sailboat later this year. Rerigged the American with a furling jib and replaced the windex.
