Wind 6-10 out if the West. Race went to Severn River Bridge. We started near the line, then got past getting up to speed. We settled into 3rd place, then past a boat to finish in a solid 2nd.

KBC Monday Night Race Rainbow race. Distance race to R2, 1AH and back. Wind 12-15kts, waves 2 ft.
Port upper shroud pin separated, so abandoned race. Jerry-rigged shroud with main halyard. Had to get towed back to dock because the boat could not sail back without putting stress on the mast.

Crewed on Celerity, J/70 in the Screwpile Lighthouse Challenge. Did 3 windward/leewards in sporty conditions with some heavy seas for the Chesapeake. We placed 5,7,5 out of 8. A fun day sailing.

Winds were solid but not enough to consider reefing. Did 5 windward/leewards. Crew did not have a lot of experience, but we gained some in the race.
