A great event each month. The water taxi is the way to go!
Century Club: Jean Holcombe
A nice evening for a sail around the harbor.
With a storm close by we stayed near the marina.
Intended to sail but a lot of motoring. Also got some time on the SUP.
Finally got her back into the water and home to the marina.
The last bit of clean up before splashing. Installing the rudder.
Stuffing box, bearing, replacing the coupler, and cleaning
In between rain storms got some work done on cleaning up the outside and the stuffing box and bearing. Setting up to work outside is a good way to end a drought.
Added two more bottom coats and started work on the stuffing box and bearing. Had to drop the rudder to remove the shaft.
The eveining sail with the full moon reminds you why you do this work.
An tiring day of adding a new barrier coat and the first coat of paint.
