Day #103 on the water for me in 2024 … Today, with winds blowing 18, gusting 30, the skipper of Sailing team Barba Roja 73052 and I took the boat out on the Pax River for some chilly-weather sailing. It was great sailing right up until we blew out 4 slugs on the main sail. We took down the damaged sail and continued on with just the storm jib, regularly hitting speeds of 5 knots. It was a great afternoon for these two great friends!
