Eight boats departed Rideout Creek for the west fork of Langford Creek off the Chester River. They were Whisper, Karaya, Gambrinus, Capricorn, Moonshadow, Mystral, Shaken Not Stirred, and Mystic. We had a perfect 15 knot breeze from the south. With the threat of thunderstorms we all anchored individually. The forecast did not disappoint. The rain and wind hit about 7:00 pm with three boats dragging anchor. Mystic slid by Karaya with no harm done. We were all treated to a glorious sunset.
