Fishing on the Dock in Key Largo

It was too windy to go out in the ocean or even on the bay unless you get up very early. Tried fishing on the dock and only caught little guys under the limit to keep. Also was chased by pelicans. We did shrimp in the evening so all was not lost. More of the same the second day. When the barracuda hits you think you have something big rather than another baby fish.
