Today I kayaked far up Fishing Creek. We saw a bald eagle, great blue heron, lots of duck and surprisingly a SWAN! The we turned around to head back to the marina and were feeling confident to go past the marina and out to the Chesapeake Bay. We saw lots of nesting osprey pairs and hawks. Unfortunately we saw lots of trash as well and caught a large piece of plastic, which we collected and put on our kayak and threw away at home.
