Annapolis on a beautiful chilly Sunday morning.
I spotted something on the eastern shore of the Severn River as I was crossing the Rt. 50 bridge and decided to take a look by boat. It was a beautiful sunny morning with just a thin sheet of ice as I was heading out. I did find a fairly large floating mat though it was in a spot that was way too shallow to retrieve. Nice day, the swells coming off the bay were really starting to grow and the wind picked up.
