When I moseyed over to the Severn River this evening I noticed the beautiful Skipjack “WILMA LEE” in the distance. As I got nearer, I heard someone calling my name, it was my Buddy Ryan from Naptown Scoop. He was emceeing a dinner cruise fundraiser.
