Hayes Custom Sails was formed by Rod Hayes in 1973 and our 3000 square foot loft was constructed that same year. Throughout the years we have custom made thousands of sails and repairs, from repairing the Schooner America’s main sail to small day sailors. We believe in custom designing and making our sails to the customer’s specific needs and sailing styles. In the spring of 2016, Philip Doggett took over the loft.
