Our Spring Schedule and Our Mission to Get YOU Out on the Water
SpinSheet. PropTalk, and FishTalk are dedicated to getting more people out having more fun on the water: sailing, powerboating, fishing, and messing about in boats. With all the recent bad news, we’re thankful that the boating season is right around the corner. We’re also thankful for all the steps being taken to control the spread of the coronavirus. We will do our part to keep boaters healthy and make the 2020 boating season the best ever!
Until the state of emergency is lifted in Maryland, our team will work from home. We will be online and available by email and phone. We have canceled our Solomons and Hampton Crew Parties as well as our DC happy hour. We just made the decision March 17 to cancel our April 26 Annapolis Crew Party.
As we wait for the world to get back on its keel, we will publish SpinSheet, PropTalk, and FishTalk as usual. If you are unable to get to your favorite spot to pick up a copy, don’t despair. You may always read all of our publications in their entirety for free in digital flipbook form by clicking to the “read online” pages on our websites.
We’ll also be super active on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Be on the lookout for videos, Facebook live, memes, photos, how-tos, and other great opportunities to escape the news.
With spring in our sights, it’s time for us all to get out and get our boats ready for launch. If your planned activity for this weekend is canceled, go give your boat some love. She’s been in quarantine all winter after all.
