After a little work on the boat a sail out of Willoughby Bay into the channel. On the way out I saw the president's plane passing to the east decending into Oceana NAS. After sailing to Fort Monroe I returned to the south side of the channel to have the sun at my back as the Gettysburg passed. It never felt like it warmed as forecast. While VB was sunny and heating up nicely in the morning, there were low clouds and a cool breeze until early afternoon.
