At the helm of the Wager
Out on Neptune's Wager today for the first time in a while for a great Sunday cruise. Nice temps and consistent 12kt wind meant we decided to go out in the Bay. I was at the helm for the first half, and we stayed on a close reach up the shoreline near Cove Point and sailed a good ways across towards the Eastern Shore. We turned around, had a nice reach back in the river, and decided with ample wind and great weather to ride up to Point Patience. Had a close-ish crossing with a catamaran, but otherwise a very pleasant trip. Doing everything I can to soak up the sun for the little longer it's here.
