What: Two interactive, high energy, collaborative sessions, tailored to the interests of participants in attendance, will empower sailors (and those who support sailors) to map their sailing future.

Facilitated by the dynamic Dawn Riley, executive director of the world-class sailing organization, Oakcliff Sailing, each session will be customized for Chesapeake-based sailors and offer best practices and creative ideas, harnessing the collective knowledge of those in the room and the insights gleaned by Riley while conducting such workshops around the country.

Oakcliff aims to improve as many parts of the sport as possible, from regatta scheduling to refurbishing a fleet, to more opportunities for women boat owners and skippers.

Who: High school and collegiate sailors and their parents, cruising sailors, seasoned adult racing sailors, sailing club and event organizers, aspiring Olympians, Vendee Globe and Golden Globe hopefuls, and anyone interested in taking their sailing to the next level.
