Rehoboth Bay Sailing Association (RBSA) is located on Rehoboth Bay in Dewey Beach, DE. RBSA aims to provide a sailing center for everyone from beginners to racing enthusiasts. RBSA is a non-profit sailing club, ofering sailing instruction and sailboat rentals to the public throughout the summer season. Rehoboth Bay Sailing Association provides instruction for adults and junior sailors. The Association participates in races and regattas for sailors of all experience levels and ages.
