We're all about a pet-friendly cruise, as is Annapolis's Harbor Queen. Bring your dog onboard at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, for a one-hour cruise with other Bay, boat, and dog-lovers to support a good cause.
Cruises on the Bay and the Anne Arundel County SPCA has teamed up for this fun public fundraiser in support of the Annapolis Goes to the Dogs pet-friendly summer campaign.
This won’t be the first time Harbor Queen goes to the dogs; the vessel is pet-friendly every day and dogs always cruise free. The iconic Harbor Queen features an open air lower deck and fully open top deck. Guests will enjoy food from Graul’s Market, music, games, prizes, a silent auction and a full cash bar.
Special refreshments will be served for Fido. Adoptable dogs from the AACSPCA will be in attendance in the hopes of finding their furever home. The party will start dockside at 5:30 p.m. and Queen will depart at 6 p.m. for a one-hour cruise around the Annapolis Harbor.
“We’re proud to contribute to Annapolis’s reputation as one of the most pet friendly cities and Harbor Queen is one of our most accommodating vessels for dogs,” says Debbie Gosselin, President of Watermark. “ It’s going to be a fun night for the dogs and people of Annapolis.”
Tickets for the cruise are $25/Adults, $15/Children 3-11, Free 2 & Under. More than half of ticket
proceeds will be donated to the AACSPCA. Friendly on-leash dogs welcome. Dogs cruise free!
