Somehow, Baltimore City YA pulled it off, hosting the 2015 Harbor Cup on the last decent day of the sailing season. That is, unless you like cold weather sailing. And if that's the case, you're weird. But it was an incredible day on the water, as evidenced by the excellent photos of 66 participating boats.
