Sigh. The life these Century Club members lead. Here's an email from Terry.
"The bulk of my days were spent aboard LUX, our Leopard 40 catamaran. We spent 44 days making the trip from Marsh Harbor, Abaco, Bahamas to Annapolis, via the ICW. We had a great time snorkeling in the Bahamas and enjoyed the trip north with Annapolis Sail & Power Squadron friends who helped crew for the delivery.
We had a great sail from the Bahamas to Port Canaveral, with winds NE 20-25k and 6-8 ft seas. It was a great downhill run all the way, with the only excitement being crossing the shipping traffic in the gulf stream. AIS certainly helps identify the vessel sporting the lights we saw.
I logged my 100th day on a ferry between Auckland, NZ and Devonport, NZ. The 101th day was a trip on a power catamaran tour of the Bay of Islands, NZ. On this trip, we saw a pod of about six Orca, which included two youngsters. They came right up to the boat and provided lots of excitement for everyone aboard.
At the end of November, we spent five days in the Whitsunday Islands, sailing and snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef."
We can't wait to see more from Terry and his crew in 2015! To read more on Terry's adventures, check out his Spinsheet Century Club Log.
