Continuous popping sounds could be heard at Little Round Bay in the Severn on Saturday evening, August 24. Club Beneteau Chesapeake Bay (CB2) folks gathered for the weekend to celebrate the end of the summer sailing season and welcome in the cool and windy days of fall… champagne seems the appropriate beverage.
Each sailboat brought along their favorite champagne and appetizer for tasting and sharing… what a feast. With perfect weather we all enjoyed the music, companionship, food and drink well into the evening. Our next scheduled raft-up in September will be our annual Collegiate Raft-up…
