Both HSA boats that went south locked in to the Dismal Swamp Canal at Deep Creek
Most of the Hunter SA members have laid up their boats for the winter.
A couple of us are headed south for the winter. On November 17 outgoing Commodore Mike Crothers announced the prestigious HSA sailor and member of the year awards, and the club voted in the new slate of officers. Look for who they are in the January issue of SpinSheet. Saturday, December 14 is our annual Parade of Lights gala at the Annapolis Waterfront Marriott. Members who joined at or since the October Boat Show are invited to come to the party for free.
