Stingray Harbour YC members learn more from a U.S. Coast Guard instructor.
"Heave to and prepare to be boarded"... Those words are not music to most sailors. Stingray Harbour Yacht Club members learned more about Coast Guard work, anchoring, aids to navigation and "Rules of the Road" at their pre-sailing season seminar. Retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander and Master Mariner John Hooper also entertained them with various adventures during his 32 year career with the Coast Guard.
