On March 15, the Back Creek YC held a Wine Tasting event hosted by Ambassador Vern Penner to enjoy appetizers appropriate for sampling examples of wines from Italy, Portugal, and California.

On April 12, Harriet Lytle, former Commodore, hosted a Happy Hour at her house in Annapolis in anticipation of the Club’s Boating Season Opener and New Member Party scheduled for May 3rd at the Oyster Cove Clubhouse in Grasonville, MD. Transient slips are available at the venue. Hosts are Michelle & Richard Sanger and Juliana Nedd & JJ Sullivan. JJ will be grilling assorted meats and his popular salmon.
The Club’s Annual week-long Cruise will begin two weeks later, on May 17-26, with a planned itinerary of: Tolchester Marina, Worton Creek Marina, Skipjack Cove, Tidewater Marina, Still Pond, and ending up at Haven Harbor Marina.
