Chesapeake Boating Club and J World Annapolis teamed up to raise over $9000 for the Leukemia Society! The Boating Club's three Harbor 20's competed in the Leukemia Cup, and each was skippered by a J World Celebrity Coach. Club members and school alumni competed in raising donations, and the top six fundraisers earned a crew spot in the regatta on Saturday, May 30th.

With the help of the Annapolis community, this year's Leukemia Cup was able to raise $115,011. Team Chesapeake Boating Club / J World raised $9,225, earning them 4th Place in the fundraising competition! The team's top fundraiser was Lance Garms, who also enjoyed a great day of Harbor 20 racing. Congratulations Lance! To view all the top fundraisers go to leukemiacupmd.org.
On the water, the Club's Harbor 20's did very well in the 24 boat class. 193 (Red) finished 4th, 191 (Blue) was 11th, and 192 (Yellow) finished 18th. To view full race results go to yachtscoring.com.
