Posted October 28, 2015 IMAG2761_1.jpg The Southern Maryland Sailing Association (SMSA) hosted the 2016 Buccaneer 18 North American Championships this past weekend. Despite a nasty nor'easter SMSA was able to get in 5 races over the three day regatta.
