Took my youngest son out sailing. Coincidentally it was also his first race and the wind was around 12 knots gusting into the low 20's. He was not amused and thought we were going to capsize. We didn't, and he's promised to come back.

Took advantage of the holiday and took several five new people sailing. We had a great sail leaving Annapolis, up to the Bay Bridge, across to the Eastern Shore and then back home. About 15 miles in all in just over 4 hours. A great day.
