Valhalla Sailing Project owns a J30 and our team registered in the non-Spin class since we had a PhRF rating for that. Not enough J30 planned to race for us to have our own start. We used the J35 spin pole as a whisker pole to successfully wing the jib on a long downwind leg and therefore we won iin our division! Jeremy was helm, Chris J tactician. Jeremy's dad, Brie and her son plus me and another woman were on the boat.
