All Annapolis eyes were on the radar yesterday afternoon, watching that green and yellow patch head toward Annapolis--or would it go north? or south? or dissipate? The usual for weeknight sailors in summer on the Bay. The National Sailing Hall of Fame invited Team SpinSheet to sail on the sandbagger Bull after work with volunteers Pete Carrico and Pete Mancillas. After a dead-air moment, a pleasant breeze filled in, and although there was some thunder and weather over the Eastern Shore, sailors in Annapolis were treated to a rainbow and photo finish for Annapolis YC's Wednesday night series.
