The Coast Guard cutter will be returning to Baltimore August 29-31. From Sail Baltimore:

After hosting the U.S. Coast Guard's newest cutter, we will be hosting the grande dame of the Coast Guard's fleet, USCGC Eagle.

The ship spent the past winter at the Coast Guard yard in Baltimore, undergoing maintenance. She left on May 3, sailing along the east coast and south to the Bahamas and Bermuda. Eagle will return to the yard again for the fall and winter, but she will come in to the harbor and open for tours first. She is expected to arrive Saturday, August 29 at 11:00 am; open for tours August 29 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm and August 30 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; then depart Monday, August 31 at 9:00 am.
