HAMPTON ANNUAL MIDDLE GROUND LIGHT RACE, with winds reduced on Sunday to a benign 9-10 knots, was the reasonable opportunity for racers in the Harbor. HYC presents this event annually, the first weekend after Labor Day. RESULTS: PHRF-A (9 boats, 10.8nm):1.Ian Hill, Sitella; 2.Sledd Shelhorse, Meridian XI; 3.Leroi Lissenden, Voodoo2.
