Skippered for team Severn Sailing Association! It was wild, short course, non spin,
mooring field racing in J22s. We had a great comeback on day 2 to end up 8th out of the 24 teams from around the country, including Hawaii and a team from Mexico.

We became an ice breaker in ego alley! The ducks were really happy about it.
Got in a day of practice for the 5O5 NAs next month. Several hours with two other boats in 15-20 knots out of St. Pete.

Blue Friday- took the ferry from the Highlands to NYC for the day.
DAY 100!!!! It was a chilly frostbite, but the action of trying to win (and succeeding once) the USNA sea wall for the starts warmed us all up straight away.

Four days turned into three days (one waiting and two of insanely exciting racing). I felt so welcomed by the fleet and by the Strykers aboard Mayhem. Sailing has an incredible way of bonding people together very quickly!!
