I was watching one of my neighbors’ friends riding his EWave and wanted a closer view so I kayaked over to check it out. Looks like lots of fun! Perhaps next summer I’ll get a chance to try it out. https://www.ewavesurf.com/

Wow, I did it! Went out for a morning sail and I’m glad I didn’t wait until later in the day as it’s gotten wicked windy. Thank you Spin Sheet Magazine for enriching my life and thank you Mount Gay providing some much needed refreshment on those days that maybe didn’t go as planned.
Just a wonderful day to go out sailing.
Went out for about 1 1/2 hours and covered about 1 1/5 miles. Still great to be on the water.
A 2:00 PM meeting got changed to 10:00 AM hence only had time for a quick Kayak this morning. Overcast skies.
Overcast morning with not much wind until I past DM 5/6 then the wind picked up enough to have some fun.
Conditions were perfect for a two-hour sail around Mattox Creek this morning.
Not much wind at all this morning but that’s okay. Just fun and relaxing to cleat the lines, lock the tiller clutch, sit, take in the scenery, enjoy the ride, and smile, smile, smile.
Decided to go for a morning sail even though the wind wasn’t terrific. Sail to day marker 4 was very slow but beautiful non the less. The wind picked up a little and had a nice sail back home.
I motored out to the middle of Mattox Creek to raise my main sail when I saw a pin on the seat cushion. For the life of me I couldn’t figure out where it came from until I raised the sail and realized it came out of the gooseneck holding the boom to the mast. Fortunately, I had some spare cotter rings on board, so it worked out to be just a minor inconvenience. Had a nice sail after that.
