Not sure how people who cruise full time use apps like Predict Wind and Windy to plan their voyages. In my experience they are never correct. I wanted a nice easy sail, maybe anchor and swim, have a few beers. Apps said winds out of the south at 5-9. Fast forward to reality, winds 16-20 gusting to over 26. Big difference, so no anchoring or swimming. Rant over, go about your day.

Finally got to finish this year. Our entire fleet retired in.Saturday due to wind, but nice sail on Sunday. We placed 5th out of 10 boats in our class. Sadly I did not when anything in the raffles. I did catch fish during the race.
