Club Crabtowne has finally set sail and also embarked on powerboat rides.
The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum has donated 13 sailing dinghies to the MRYC Foundation for use in the Miles River Yacht Club’s summer Junior Sail Program.
Perhaps the largest fleet of racing sailboats on the Rappahannock River is the Cape Dory Typhoon fleet sponsored by the Rappahannock River Yacht Club located in Irvington, Virginia.
Fleet 3 held the spring meeting on April 11 to finalize the 2015 sailing calendar and to catch up on what went on over the winter.
