A little windy but very beautiful and relaxing. Saw a Great Egret preening himself.

First time as foredeck with Derek. Not bad. Spin got a little wet. Oops.
Joey used my kayak and I used my SUP. Paddled under the bridge and back before hanging out at Morningstar marina on Na'i's boat.
My friend Bonnie joined me agin for a very nice paddle. Saw a snowy egret.
Came out to willoughby marina to sail on Melantho. Found out we were race committee when I arrived. It was a good time and there was a birthday party for another sailor at rebel Marina.
Higher winds and lower temps than expected. Decided not to fly the spin. It was a wise decision.
Early day kayak again on Lake Whitehurst. Saw two laughing gulls. I've added them to my eBird list.
Very short drive to Lake Whitehurst boat ramp. No wind made it very pleasant. Saw some rowing teams practicing.
Borrowed my neighbor's kayak for my friend Bonnie. We drove 8 minutes to the Great Bridge parking and out in on the Elizabeth River.
With ten souls on board we had a nice windy night with 9 souls on board.
