This festival was pn my bucket list and it did not disappoint. I was lucky to be a guest on my friends Hattaras. We stayed at Piney Narrows on Thursday and headed to Chestertown on Friday. We had a blast and I was sorry to set sail back home on Sunday. Lady Maryland is pictured. I was not familiar with her.

It was my first time sailing out of Herrington Harbor South and it was gorgeous. The wind filled it, light but sailable. We saw the Dove heading to Chestertown for the Derigging Festival. I am heading there this weekend as well!
I was lucky to sail with friends on another gorgeous October afternoon.
Sailed with friends on the Sailing Schook's Knockabout. It was a gorgeous day on the water!
I really enjoyed the crew we had. The winds came and went and there was a lot of boat traffic. It was boat show weekend and my students handled every situation well.
I enjoyed a beautiful afternoon in Annapolis. The winds were a bit shifty and came and went but it was gorgeous nonetheless!
This was an interesting week as I had only one student and great teaching winds. It was fun watching the power boats coming into Annapolis.
I live when students quickly adapt to a packed weekend course. It makes my job more fun indeed.
Enjoyed a private lesson on the Bay today with a person eager to learn sailing!
We had nice winds on a very gray day. I had never noticed the Hackett Shoal marker before today.
