Dinghied in from anchorage in Gray's Creek to Atlantic Marine at Magothy to make a run to the grocery , shower, then bring ice back to the boat. A very good day!
Motored the dinghy over to the public landing and boat ramp to pick up gifts from David B, remnants of his move from boat to a condo. Nice bag for hatchway boards and two sets of foul weather gear.
Motored out to and under the Chesapeake Bay Bridge then sailed up into the Magothy River and into Grays' Creek for the week.
Moved to a better anchorage fro wind direction. Explored Whitehall Creek by dinghy.Tracked down another Tartan 34Classic!
A quick motor-sail across the front of Annapolis harbor in light winds, dodging fishermen with their heads down and power boaters with their heads up. Very choppy until entering the Bay then a lovely trip up Whitehall creek to anchorage.
Once winds abated, spent part of the afternoon dinghying aound Galesville from West River Sailing Club to city wharf park.
Motored from anchrage across West River to Pirates Cove Marina for storm refuge. Not much rain but wind may go to gale force, appropriate for Galesville.
Motored out of Tred Avon and through Knapps Narrows and across the Bay to Wild Grounds. Then sailed down into the West River and anchored in South Creek anchorage.
Motored out and around to Snug Harbor just into Tripp Creek
