Took the paddle board out this morning on Bear Point Cove. Conditions were close to perfect for a paddle ( 58F, sunny, with winds at 2 mph from the NNW) at time of launch (8:25am).

Took the paddle board out on the Indian River Lagoon this morning at Bear Point Sanctuary. 59F, sunny, with winds 9 mph from the NNW at time of launch (8:35 am). Paddled out to the old observation pier to grab a picture of the pelicans and other shore birds.

Took the paddle board out for the routine morning workout at South Causeway Park. Greeted by the 280 foot Megayacht Bold. 74F, sunny, with winds 13 mph out of the SSE at time of launch (8:20 am). Fortunately the Harbor Isle condos tend to block a bit of the breeze close to shore.

A bit too cool this morning for a paddle, so waited for the temperature to rise and the wind to drop. 70F, sunny, with wind 8 mph from the N at time of launch (6:20pm). Also changed up the venue and launched at South Causeway Park just inside of the Ft Pierce inlet. Even got the dog to join me!

Decided not to take the phone out onto the water as a bit too much chop. Glad I got out a bit early as the breeze built to over 20 mph by noon.
