Took the paddle board out on Assawoman canal early in the morning (7:00am), followed by a sail on the Hobie Wave (10:30 am launch. Temperature for the paddle was 76F with winds of 6 mph from the WSW. By 10:30 am the temperature was up to 84F on Rehoboth Bay and the wind had picked up slightly to 8 mph from the W.

Tried to snap a shot of the great blue heron on the floating dock but he flew off before I could get close enough. Spotted him again as I exited the community marina perched in the tree.

Took the paddle board out in the afternoon. 89F, partly cloudy, with winds 5 mph from the ESE at time of launch (3:20 pm). Definitely a warm one and the wind picked up a bit as I was paddling back - making for a steamy workout.
